The Administrator will collect and process the User's personal data for the following purposes:

for marketing purposes, when the User consents to receiving commercial or marketing offers from the Administrator - the basis for the right to processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR; ensuring customer service and contacting the User, including to inform about any changes regarding the offer, products and services offered by the Administrator - the basis for the right to processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter b) or f) GDPR; processing of personal data in order to perform obligations arising from legal provisions - the basis for the right to processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR; possible court disputes, including determining, pursuing or defending against claims, which is the legitimate interest of the Administrator - the basis for the right to processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR; in order to use the contact forms provided by the Administrator on the website, including to handle inquiries submitted via the contact channel provided by the User - the basis for the right to processing is Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR. The User's personal data may be transferred by the Administrator to the following persons:

other companies belonging to the Administrator's capital group and companies and entities cooperating with the Administrator, if the provision of such data is necessary in connection with the implementation of the Administrator's interests; persons authorized by the Administrator, i.e. employees and collaborators who must have access to personal data in order to perform their duties; entities authorized under the law and all entities whose services the Administrator uses to perform their duties in order to enable them to perform services by the Administrator.
